![]() ![]() They have many recipe ideas on their website.True Lemon also carries a line of sweetened lemonades, original and raspberry lemonades which contain Stevia and are 5 calories a packet. One concoction I really like is using a grapefruit packet and adding it to a glass of Trader Joe’s Cherry Cider mixed with club soda. You can add it to hot or iced tea or seltzer water. You can also sprinkle it on fruit that you would normally use lemon to stop browning, such as apples. It makes water so much more interesting than just plain water.True Lemon can also be used in baking, or in seasoning grilled meat and veggies. I love how I can easily put these in my water at home, or carry them in my purse and use it in a water elsewhere. True Lemon packets come in lemon, lime, orange, and their newest flavor grapefruit…which I have to admit is my favorite. Has 25% of an adult’s daily vitamin C requirement.Has no preservatives, colors, sodium or gluten and.Has 0 sugars, and no artificial sweeteners.Contains 100%, all-natural ingredients. They are made from the actual fruit, including cold-pressed lemon juice and oils. True Lemon sells citrus crystals that are 100% natural with no sweeteners. Usually I turn away from this type of thing, because they always seem to contain some sort of sweetener, which I don’t like, but these don’t. As always, she made sure I knew it was important to get a minimum of eight glasses of water daily, and she suggested to me to put True Lemon citrus crystals in my water to make it easier to get down. By that time I felt I had a pretty good handle on what was gluten-free what was not, but I am always open to hearing new ideas on how to lead a healthier lifestyle through eating. Thank You!!! Thank You!!! Thank You!!! Now if we could just get all kids snacks & convenience meals at the grocery store this wholesome & pure.Once I was diagnosed with celiac, my doctor had me see a dietician. Kids are so funny! But this has hit it out of the park!!!! This is on the grocery list every 2 weeks just like the milk, bread, eggs, True, etc. She overheard me answering a friend when she asked why I only used half. Except my very youngest sweet baby girl who is 6 & wants to be like her mommy & says yeah, I like it just like you. I am throughly addicted!!! And my kids love all the flavors full strength. But.the make a black cherry lemonade for whatever reason isn't as tart & doesn't cause me any pain. For anyone else who suffers from GERD or heartburn like I do I can't handle the lemonade or raspberry lemonade they make even diluted in half. The entire pack leaves my mouth a little dry. I always liked the sweet not as strong kinda watered down version of homemade lemonade so that the only reason I do that. I prefer to only use 1/2 of the packet to 20oz of water. So I was super impressed when I found them in a local retail chain store. I thought I would have to go to a true health store, not like GNC, and living in the Deep South we don't have very many of those so it's a special trip miles out of your way. I have 2 kids that will drink plain water & 3 that would rather dehydrate & die. I found these on a trip to the grocery store while looking for anything for the kids that didn't have artificial sweetners in them to take to school for snack. ![]()
